UWF Scholarship Endowment
SAME has established a need-based scholarship endowment at the University of West Florida for engineering students who reside in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. It is a non-renewable scholarship and preference will be given to veterans or active duty military personnel. Awards will be made by the Office of Financial Aid.

Event: Joint NWF/UWF IEEE Meeting
Location: SSE auditorium
Date & Time: Apr 19, 6-8pm
The meeting will last approximately 30 minutes followed by a tour of the SSE building. We will be going through the Holodeck, Unmanned Systems Lab, and Laser Lab.
The purpose of this event is to bring awareness of the SSE department to some of the professionals from local engineering companies who will be present at this event. This may also provide a great opportunity for networking.
Free food will be provided.
After the short initial meeting, the tour will begin. However, in order to prevent crowding during the tour, the guests from engineering companies will be in a group to themselves, and will have first priority over the facilities in the order of the Holodeck, the Unmanned Systems Lab, and then the Laser Lab. Anyone else who wishes to tour the building will have access to the facilities that are not occupied by the guests from the engineering companies.
